Really good Stay, Highly Recommended

necessary appliance central location helpful staff smooth process

The kitchen had all necessary appliances and tools. The location is very nice, right across from the Eaton Centre and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were always happy to help and answered questions with a smile. I received assistance with luggage upon arrival (this made the process so smooth).

The sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping.

A business lounge is available to use while awaiting flights. Housekeeping services are provided daily, and a convenient communication system via WhatsApp helps to answer questions very swiftly. A subway station is in front of the building.

The apartment was spacious and clean, including many amenities to. The apartment includes two bathrooms (a rare find!). There is a well-equipped kitchen. Also included are a washing machine, a dryer, detergent and dryer sheets.

Many options exist for coffee and restaurants nearby. A convenience store is only two buildings away (very handy). A large supermarket is about a ten minute walk from the apartments (should one need groceries).

The location provides convenient access. It is near transit and shopping. The staff seemed helpful. The apartment included laundry and a full kitchen.

Neighbors were noisy at the hotel. People yelled in the halls. A shower did not close properly. The AC unit was noisy too.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the apartment was spacious and clean, a dedicated workspace proved very useful. i appreciated the easy access to the employees. They were cute and provided helpful local advice during check-in.

I noticed the fixtures in the room felt basic. the lighting made it difficult to see. They looked somewhat like an electrical hazard.

The noise level was higher than expected. yonge street's activity continued late into the night, even on my floor. also, the ac unit was quite noisy. It made it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

Really good downtown stay

The apartment was spacious with all necessary equipment. I found coffee, tea, and sugar provided which i appreciated. Its LOCATION was excellent near tourist spots. The business center provided free computer access, a scanner and a printer.

Our room faced some offices, so the view wasn't anything special.
